New IL Relief Grants for Restaurants/Child Care/Salons/Athletic Centers: Applications Due July 7

The State of Illinois allocated $540 million for hospitality businesses with operations that were severely compromised by Covid-19, including restaurants, bars, child care centers, salons, and athletic centers. The application for the first round of funding ($60 million) is due 5 pm Central July 7. The first round will prioritize businesses in areas greatly affected by the pandemic and also areas with lower per capita incomes.
