Why We Use Brand Standards

Berman Design kicked off the new year by rolling out a full-scale brand overhaul, including an optimized website, contemporary logo, and overall refreshed brand identity. The team spent several months flushing out concepts and designs to best enhance the firm brand.

The new branding showcases the process of working with Berman Design, from hand sketching concepts, to 3D modeling software, to interior finishes and company branding. The “wallpaper” depicting white sketches on the blue background has become a branded graphic implemented across all communication collateral such as business cards, website headers and social media. The website and other marketing materials feature more color, photography and video to add visual appeal and aesthetic quality.

Part of the rebrand included improving methods of project documentation and client experiences. You can see glamor shots of recent work on our projects page, including Alice in Ivory, Revive Spa, Drink & Ink and Smyth the Loyalist.

Along with with the rollout of the rebrand, members of Berman Design gave a presentation at University Cowork on the importance of brand standards and how they can define and augment a business’s unique identity.
